Friend,

We are living through unprecedented times. CLCV is remaining vigilant in
our efforts to protect the environment and hold our elected officials
accountable. Our small but mighty team is leading efforts to ensuring the
safety of elections amidst a global pandemic, working with the California
Congressional delegation to advocate for critical funding for our
communities, and urging the state legislature to protect California’s
environmental safeguards. Can we count on you to support our efforts as
part of the #GivingTuesdayNow campaign?

[ [link removed] ]The #GivingTuesdayNow campaign is an opportunity for people around the
world to stand together in unity and use their individual power of
generosity to support mission driven nonprofits like ours.

Like many other nonprofits, CLCV has faced challenges in the past few
months. We know our work is too important, which is why we have made tough
decisions to reduce costs to ensure the stability of our organization.
[ [link removed] ]But the truth is, we cannot do this alone. Can we count on your
support? With so much uncertainty right now, we must continue to fight for
our future.

With your gift, you will be supporting our team of policy experts,
advocates and organizers who are working tireless to hold elected
officials accountable during these uncertain times, pushing for policy
that strengths public health, and leaning in to digital organizing efforts
to elect candidates who believe in science.

[ [link removed] ]As part of the CLCV family, we value your generosity – a gift of any
amount counts. If you are able to, please donate now >>>

Together we can continue our fight against Big Oil, Corporate Polluters
and Science Deniers.
Thank you again for your support.

We believe that radical change is necessary and only by transforming our political system will we create the opportunity to take bold action on climate change. We elect and cultivate environmental champions, turn election victories into policy wins, hold our lawmakers accountable, and build political power for change. We inspire hope and action and fight for equity and justice for all Californians. We are in the business of changing what’s possible.
