Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurers are required to cover birth
control without out-of-pocket costs, ensuring that effective family
planning is affordable for anyone who needs it. But since the law was
passed, anti-choice extremists have chipped away at its protections —

to control their health, education, careers, finances, and destinies.
