On July 31, 2019, Chris responded to a call at a high-rise building where a man was terrorizing residents with a large knife. After attempting to contain the suspect, Chris and his team confronted him in a narrow hallway. When the suspect ignored commands and advanced with the knife, Chris acted in self-defense to protect his team.
The Austin Police Department ruled his actions were justified, but in 2021, a new radical Soros-backed District Attorney, backed by George Soros, dredged up old cases and indicted Chris for murder. Now, Chris faces the possibility of spending years in prison, despite doing everything by the book.
