Commemorate the Victory Against Fascism with a New Bretton Woods

Schiller Institute founder and chairwoman, Helga Zepp-LaRouche will keynote and will address the urgency of resuming the interrupted mission of the post-war period—the need to free the world from the imperial grip of the British/Wall Street-run international financial system, by implementing Lyndon LaRouche's New Bretton Woods proposal.

In 1941, Franklin Roosevelt bluntly told Winston Churchill:

"I can't believe that we can fight a war against fascist slavery, and at the same time not work to free people all over the world from a backward colonial policy."

Churchill replied:

"There can be no tampering with the Empire's economic agreements. ... They're the foundation of our greatness."

The "Empire's economic agreements" continued, not only in the form of political colonialism, but in the form of floating exchange rates, IMF conditionalities, free trade, and globalization. Those policies can and must now be ended, with the establishment of LaRouche's New Bretton Woods system. Such a system can only come into being if the major powers, the United States, China, Russia, and India, act against the never-dismantled Empire, rather than being pitted against each other, as we are now seeing in the anti-China campaign being run by British intelligence.
