John— As Suicide Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to highlight an alarming trend: Gun suicides among kids are soaring. We know gun suicides have risen dramatically over the last two decades. In 2022, nearly 27,000 Americans lost their lives to firearm suicide—the most ever recorded. But alarmingly, gun suicides among children are rising at the fastest rate of any age group.
