Dear Friend of EMET,
The Coronavirus pandemic has inflicted a devastating toll around the world, including placing tremendous strain on many non-profit organizations, including EMET.
However, despite Covid-19 EMET, has not, for one nano-second, prevented us from continuing with our incredibly important work.
In the past few weeks, EMET’s work has inspired two important Congressional letters. One was sent to Ambassador Dina Kawar of Jordan, regarding Jordan’s harboring of Ahlam Tamimi, the mastermind of the Sbarro Pizzeria bombing.
The other was sent to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, regarding the cozy relationship between Hizbollah and the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), despite the fact that we are funding the LAF.
And just during this time of the COVID-19 quarantine, we have had webinars with such amazing speakers such as:
And this coming Wednesday, we will be honored to have Lt. Colonel Sarit Zehavi of the IDF, and Founder and President of the Alma, who will discuss the critically important issue of what is happening just north of Israel's border.
The work of EMET is too critical to pause because of this insidious disease. If you have been thinking of all about supporting EMET, now is the best time! Giving Tuesday Now is today, and we have a matching grant thanks to generous donors, so you will be able to deliver twice as much bang for your buck!
We thank you deeply for enabling our critically important work to continue!
We are ever grateful for your support and will never surrender the fight.
Warm regards,
Sarah N. Stern
