Hey there, folks, Willie Nelson and Margo Price here.

We recently teamed up to talk about something mighty important – November’s right around the corner, and what we do with our votes could make a big difference, especially down in Tennessee and Texas.

We know we’re all talking about the presidential race right now, and that’s important. But we want to shine a light on two other races that hit closer to home. This November, we’ve got a real shot to elect Gloria Johnson and Colin Allred to the U.S. Senate.

There are 33 Senate seats up for grabs in November. One of them could go to Gloria – a leader who isn’t afraid to fight for all Tennesseans, no matter their race, who they worship, or who they love. She’s got the grit to take on the big fights, whether it’s protecting LGBTQ+ rights or looking out for working families.

Tennessee needs someone like her – someone who’s in tune with what real people are going through.

Another one of those seats could go to Colin Allred – he’s a fourth generation Texan who was raised by a single mom in Dallas. After playing in the NFL and serving as a civil rights attorney, Colin was elected to the House of Representatives, where he fights to protect the fundamental values of our democracy.

Texas has had too many years of Ted Cruz just looking out for himself – it’s time to get someone in the Senate who will look out for all Texans, and that’s Colin.

But here’s the deal, friend: None of this happens if folks don’t vote. Tennessee has the lowest voter turnout in the country, and millions of Texans skipped voting in the last election – that has to change if we want to make a real difference.

October 7th is the deadline to register to vote, and it’s coming up quick. So, we’re asking you to do something today – consider throwing your support behind Gloria and Colin with a donation of any amount. Every contribution, no matter how small, can help spread the word, mobilize voters, and turn these races into wins for all of us.
