Since COVID-19 started, Independent Women’s Forum has been at the forefront in offering policy solutions, regulatory rollbacks, and messaging strategies to address the human, health, and economic suffering of so many.

Right out of the gate, we were the first to launch our campaign, #InThisTogether, to highlight the positive stories of the heroes all around us. We knew that positive stories flooding in would counteract the fear and panic being stirred by the media—and highlight Americans’ resourcefulness, generosity, and ingenuity.

But we—like many other non-profits, businesses, and individuals—are doing our work without knowing what the future has in store. We didn’t take a loan from the government. We didn’t want to further burden taxpayers, and we also trusted that supporters like you would recognize that our work is worth supporting, even in these tough times.

Despite the unknown, our team is committed to providing policy prescriptions for restoring the American Dream of health, happiness, and opportunity in a world with coronavirus.

We know we are in a unique position to provide experiences like this, and to offer policy solutions to create a more prepared, resilient, and innovative society.
