But just recently, we filed a PIVOTAL petition in two consolidated cases challenging “assault weapon” and magazine bans, asking the Supreme Court to “establish that an infringement of Second Amendment protected rights for any period of time is necessarily irreparable injury.”

We’re fighting tooth and nail to secure vital protections for semiautomatic firearms for many reasons, but especially because we know that there is a very real chance of significant anti-2A activity in 2025. 

Our many “assault weapons” lawsuits could serve as a barrier, halting tyrants in power from taking your semiautomatic firearms.

But winning in these cases will require huge support from the grassroots. And funding these and other cases starts with meeting our September Action Goal.
