Butler, Pennsylvania Three Months After Surviving His First Assassination Attempt

President Donald J. Trump will return to Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday, Oct. 5th to hold a historic rally on the very ground where he came within inches of losing his life just three months ago.

This marks President Trump’s first visit to the site since the tragic attack on July 13th, when an assassin’s bullet nearly took him from us—an outcome only averted by what many have called divine providence. Now, President Trump is returning to honor the American heroes who stood by him that day and to continue his mission to save our great nation.

During this special rally, President Trump will pay tribute to Corey Comperatore, the selfless hero who gave his life to protect his wife and daughters during the attack. He will also recognize the bravery of David Dutch and James Copenhaver, who were wounded that day, and express deep gratitude to the law enforcement officers, first responders, and the Butler community for their overwhelming support.
