I can't even begin to express how much your commitment means to me, but I can tell you right now — none of this would be remotely possible without you. Our campaign has come a LONG way, but here's where it all started:

At 14, I left my home in Ecuador with my mom and sisters in search of a better life. I went from making minimum wage at a local doughnut shop to being the first South American immigrant to be elected to Congress. That, my friend, is the American dream.

But it didn't come easy. I had to work hard and fight to get where I am today. And that's why I relate to the hardworking families all across the U.S. I've spent my life in public service fighting to expand opportunities for every single American, from making health care affordable to advocating for gun violence prevention and reproductive freedom.

But I won't stop there. We deserve a better leader than my extremist opponent, Rick Scott, and that's why I'm running for Senate.
