In Michigan and Ohio, elections will decide whether liberals or MAGA conservatives control the court.
With our democracy under daily attack and our freedoms eroded since the end of Roe v. Wade , we can't afford to surrender state courts to right-wing fanatics and extremists.
In MAGA's hands, these courts will strip away our rights, knowing the U.S. Supreme Court will back them up.
