Monday is the final quarterly deadline before Election Day. We're working over time to support candidates that value education, oppose book bans, and support safe learning environments for all students.
But Moms for Liberty and the Minnesota Parents Alliance are working overtime this year. Last year we embarrassed them with progressive candidates winning in races they were expected to win across the state.
That means we have to double down on our efforts to stand up to their dangerous agenda for our children and their schools.
There's a lot of talk about stopping book bans and protecting LGBTQ+ students from attacks by conservative school boards, but we're the only group in Minnesota that's 100% committed to doing just that.
We fought back last year winning in 96% of races where we had a pledged candidate. This year, we have over 200 candidates running and we can't afford to lose a single race – we are acutely aware of the repercussions losing just one of these races will have on an entire school district's worth of children.
