Kamala just turned a commercial firearm background check at the point of sale
into a three-step gun confiscation tool.


STEP 1: An 18–20-year-old adult goes to purchase a gun, beginning the
unconstitutional wait period.

STEP 2: During the unconstitutional “enhanced background check,” a
non-prohibiting record is used to “red flag” the purchaser and their name is
added to the database of prohibited persons.

STEP 3: The purchase is denied, and the 18–20-year-old adult has their other
guns confiscated.


As is stated in the White House’s executive order, “if a person shows clear
signs of being in crisis and a danger to themselves or others, they may qualify
for consideration under applicable red flag laws.”


And who ultimately gets to decide if a prospective gun owner is “in crisis” or
poses “a danger?”Kamala’s federal government… without any due process.


The same federal government that has classified 2A supporters as extremists,
weaponized the Department of Justice to go after its political opponents,
abused the Treasury Department to monitor gun owners’ private financial
transactions, and directed the ATF to violently target innocent Americans for
exercising their constitutional rights.


And leading the charge will be Kamala Harris, who once declared she would
enter your “locked home” to check if you’re complying with her unconstitutional
gun laws.


You can surely trust Kamala… The same politician who LIED on the national
debate stage when she said she would not take “ANYONE’S” guns.
