We need a senator who'll prioritize Texans over the NRA.

Y’all,

It’s long past time that the Senate took action to stop the senseless gun violence epidemic. Just weeks after mass shootings in El Paso and Midland-Odessa left dozens dead and many more injured, Senator Cornyn refused to even consider meaningful action on gun safety. Instead, he touts his A rating from the NRA while putting out half-assed legislation. In return, the NRA has spent nearly $80,000 to keep their ally in office. Help me get a weak-willed senator who won’t say no to the NRA out of office.

I’m proud to be endorsed by Brady PAC and Giffords, and to have received the 2020 Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate Distinction for my commitment to making gun safety a top priority in the Senate. As a combat veteran and survivor of gun violence, you can bet I won’t sit on my ass while gun violence continues to devastate our communities. I want a country that’s safe for my kids, where I don’t have to worry about them going to school.

Will you pitch in to help us keep building the campaign we need to defeat the NRA’s puppet, Sen. Cornyn, and make gun safety legislation a reality?

It's clear we need a real leader for Texas and a Senate that prioritizes our health care. More than ever, we're relying on online fundraising to keep building the campaign we need to win in November, and we greatly appreciate your continued support >>

However, we know this is not an easy time for many. If you'd like to pause receiving fundraising emails for the next few weeks, please let us know here. We'll still keep in touch with important information and to ask your thoughts from time to time.
