Dear John,

This is a concerning time for many, and we want to assure you that our mission to serve, protect, advocate for, and empower Latinos to the fullest will continue. LULAC is working on the ground to meet the needs of the communities all across the United States and Puerto Rico.

The COVID-19 pandemic poses a unique challenge and threat to the Latino community. Latino, African American, immigrant, and low-income workers across the nation are disproportionately hurt and in most need. In response, LULAC created #AyudaEnEspañol, is a resource kit and social media effort designed to make crucial information accessible to members of the Spanish-speaking community during the current crisis. LULAC also launched a campaign to save Latino businesses.

Now more than ever, we need your support for our community. Your generous gift to LULAC will help to support the continuation of essential initiatives in our Strategic Preparedness and Response Plan.

Together, we will address the challenges facing us head-on and change the future for the 60 million Latinos in the U.S.
