Hi John,
** By including a gift in your Will, you can ensure your commitment to global justice continues for generations to come
------------------------------------------------------------
People like you are at the heart of our campaigns. From championing climate justice to tackling rigged trade deals, our supporters are the force needed to make a difference. You might already know this, but most of our funding comes from individuals. This means we can be as outspoken as we need to be, when it matters the most. And call out government and decision-makers without fearing it’ll impact our stability.
We understand that many of our supporters aren’t in a position to be able to donate, especially during this cost-of-living crisis. That’s why I wanted to ask if you’ve considered leaving a gift in your Will to Global Justice Now?
When it comes to your Will, friends and family come first, and it’s a decision that takes careful consideration. But including our organisation in your Will is a way of ensuring the longevity of our campaigns that doesn’t involve sending a donation presently.
If you’d consider including Global Justice Now in your Will, please order our Will Guide today, which will help you with this important decision and give guidance on supporting our mission for years to come. Because we’re funded by many individuals like yourself, even a small gift makes a difference.
I’ll consider leaving a gift ([link removed])
** What a gift in your Will could do
------------------------------------------------------------
As a supporter of Global Justice Now you’ll know that we campaign on long-term, international issues that hinge around the global economy. From spiralling corporate power to the climate crisis, these are problems that can’t be changed overnight. They are big issues that take generations of activists working for justice to resolve, with each of us doing our part and taking us a step forward to a better world.
By leaving a gift in your Will to Global Justice Now, you can make sure we’re here in the future. And we promise that with your backing we’ll keep doing what we do!
* Calling out bad policies that hand big business power and resources, at the expense of people and planet.
* Convincing decision-makers to work with us for the better by using sound evidence through our research.
* Exposing the corporations monopolising resources, destroying the environment and people's livelihoods.
* Standing up to the colonial economic systems causing inequality in the global south.
* Building connections with activists around the world to tackle injustice internationally.
* Mobilising more and more people across the UK to take action and create change.
Send me your Will Guide ([link removed])
For over fifty years we’ve worked with many different governments. Our first big campaign in 1971 involved stopping a policy on sugar imports, which threatened the livelihoods of farmers in the global south.
Now, this year, we had a victory convincing the previous government – one with some of the worst environmental policies – to leave the ECT, a climate-wrecking trade agreement. By including us in your Will, you can make sure we’re here to put pressure on future UK governments.
Thank you for taking the time to consider including Global Justice Now in your Will and making this special kind of gift.
Best wishes,
Eleanor Williams
