Meeting highlights also include an update on the new and continually improving Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal from the mouth of its only current provider, the Appraisal Institute.

TALCB Receives Fair Housing Award
TALCB is thrilled to celebrate its director, Melissa Tran, for collecting a Fair Housing Award at this year’s Association of Real Estate License Law Officials conference. The agency was recognized for its work to further fair housing via its partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission.
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) was also recognized for its Legal Update I and II courses.
