Too many Americans working two or even three jobs still have to choose between paying their rent, filling their prescriptions, or putting food on the table.

It’s no wonder: It’s now been over a decade since we last raised the federal minimum wage.

That’s why Gerry was proud to stand with House Democrats to pass the Raise the Wage Act last month. This critical bill would raise the minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2025, but Mitch McConnell’s already declared it dead on arrival in the GOP-controlled Senate.
