Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida last night as a powerful Category 4 hurricane and continues to leave a trail of destruction as it moves north. Entire communities are devastated: Record-setting storm surges, torrential rain and extremely high winds are causing life-threatening damage from Florida through Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. Millions are without power, and widespread flooding and landslides are expected.
