John,
Earlier this week, we officially launched the DASS Legal Fund in anticipation of a deluge of post-election lawsuits in critical swing states that will likely decide the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.
Here’s more on this initiative from DASS attorney, Marc Elias:

We won’t mince words: we’re up against the MAGA legal machine, which will stop at nothing to overturn legitimate results and sow doubt in our electoral system.
Remember: after it was clear President Biden won the 2020 election, he and his allies rammed over 60 lawsuits contesting the election, trying to undermine the will of the people.
Most of these baseless claims were thrown out, but not before they drained significant time and resources, and fueled dangerous misinformation that still lingers today.
That’s why our $5 million dollar fund to combat challenges in Maine, Michigan, North Carolina and Nevada is so critical. And it’s why we need your support to get this project fully funded.
Please send in $3 to the DASS Legal Fund today. Your support – right now – will help us defend democracy in the courtroom and stop future attacks on our elections. [[link removed]]
