Rob has been busy focused on climate solutions and environmental
protection while visiting New York City for Climate Week.
To kickstart the week, the AG sat down for a fireside chat with actor and
director Lou Diamond Phillips and announced California’s landmark lawsuit
against ExxonMobil for its decades-long campaign of deception to convince
us all that recycling is the solution to our plastic pollution crisis.

This first-of-its-kind lawsuit is making headlines, with Rob featured on
the CBS Evening News and CBS Mornings. As he told the audience at Yellow
Dot Studios’ Climate Week comedy show, “You were lied to. You deserve to
know the truth. And we're holding Big Oil accountable for this lie."

Rob also had the opportunity to meet with other national leaders,
including Former President Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, and Jane Fonda.

tackling our global climate crisis.
