When Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell gaveled in the Senate to resume business yesterday, it wasn’t to begin drafting the next coronavirus relief measures; it was to fill more federal court vacancies with unfit Trump judicial nominees!
Tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on a far-right Trump judicial nominee who is a protégé of both Mitch McConnell and Brett Kavanaugh and has been rated "not qualified" by the ABA!
The continued misplaced priorities of Trump Republicans even during this pandemic have made our work to hold them accountable more urgent than ever.

Congressional Republicans can already sense the growing outrage from voters with how the federal government has responded to the pandemic. Recognizing this failed response is a growing threat to their reelection chances, it’s why Republicans are ramming through more of their extreme agenda while at the same time doing everything they can to deflect attention from it.
It's also why they're trying to use the pandemic to suppress the vote!
Right-wing media is busy propping up Trump’s disastrous failure to combat the virus, while spreading dangerous conspiracy theories about the virus’s origins and downplaying the dangers it poses. It’s pandemic propaganda.
Their negligence is going to cost lives and prolong the effects of the virus, and it’s going to be up to voters to say ENOUGH!
