Hi,
This week, hundreds of change-makers came together for New York City’s Climate Week to discuss solutions to our climate predicament. One thing is clear: we need legislative action to rapidly deploy clean, abundant, low-cost renewable energy now.
Fossil fuels are a major catalyst for climate change, accounting for 75% of global greenhouse gas emissions.1 The ramifications aren’t confined to our natural world either — public health, security, and economic wellbeing are all at risk. Demanding legislators endorse a shift toward renewable energy usage is the next essential step in addressing our planetary dilemma.
Help us forge a healthier, more sustainable and prosperous future by writing to your state legislators and urging them to prioritize renewable energy sources. <[link removed]>

We already possess the solutions we need to create clean, inexpensive, and unlimited energy for the entire planet through renewable solar, wind, and other technologies. By investing in renewable technologies, not only will we be able to tackle climate change, but our quality of life will improve — millions of new jobs, secure communities, improved collective health, and cheaper and more abundant energy sources can be our future if we take action now.
Our reliance on finite resources has an expiration date. Clean energy transcends ideological boundaries, showcasing the universal appeal of affordable energy.
Take action now and advocate for a better tomorrow for all. <[link removed]> Write to your state legislator today imploring them to support and adopt a rapid implementation of renewable energy now.
For people power,
Kathleen Rogers
President
