Rick Scott wrote the plan to END Medicare, he voted to BLOCK legislation that would establish a nationwide right to IVF, and just like his buddy Donald Trump, he built his massive fortune through SHADY business practices. 

It's no surprise he won't debate Debbie! He's terrified of having to own up to his TERRIBLE, NO GOOD track record.
