And even though we have been apart over the past few months, the entire world has come together to help, to give back, and to heal.
The Progressive is participating today in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of giving and unity, as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.
This day is designed to drive an influx of generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world. It’s a day when we can all come together and give back in all ways, no matter who or where we are.
As you know, The Progressive has a long tradition of covering difficult times and it remains, in this moment, a bold voice for the common good.
We have been providing all of our COVID-19 articles for free and have made them available to everyone. We do so because we believe that in order for our democracy and communities to remain healthy, it is necessary to have access to well-written, fact-based, investigative journalism.
But we can’t do this without you!
