These are unprecedented times, but together we can continue building a movement of community engagement and solidarity.
Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a day of giving organized to promote giving and unity in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. Our match has been extended up to $55,000, so if you can give to support Indivisible Civics today, your support will have twice the impact!

Indivisibles --

Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a special day organized by nonprofits worldwide to promote charitable giving and unity in the face of the COVID-19 crisis. In a minute, we’re going to ask you to give to support Indivisible Civics and help us reach our extended match, but first, we want to tell you why we’re asking:

  1. Throughout this crisis, Indivisible hasn’t slowed down. While we moved our computers from our offices to our homes and developed new paid leave options for parents and caregivers, we also kept driving our work to build this movement. We’ve provided resources, tools, and information to our movement, trained groups on new ways to communicate and how to move their organizing online, and much more.

  2. Indivisible groups haven’t slowed down either. We’ve been so inspired and motivated by the community spirit that Indivisibles and groups nationwide have shown one another. Whether they’re bringing groceries and supplies to vulnerable community members, organizing virtual events, working with mutual aid projects, or picking up phones to call and text voters about changing election dates, our movement is responding to this pandemic with compassion and spirit. And we’re doing everything in our power to support them with tools, trainings, resources, and more.

  3. We’re still launching new projects! We’re partnering with the Voter Participation Center to text voters in states nationwide where election dates or locations have changed because of COVID-19, and there’s more new work caused by the crisis coming soon.

Our work this year is all about giving our movement the skills and tools to be active, inclusive, and effective. Those goals matter more than ever as folks continue migrating their work into digital spaces. That’s why a second donor has stepped up to add to our grassroots match, bringing the total matching funds available to $55,000!

Making these transitions isn’t seamless, and we need your help to keep doing it. If you’re able, please chip in $10 to fund Indivisible Civics. Our donors will match your gift, and you’ll have twice the impact.

There’s a reason we sign all our emails with “in solidarity.” We know, and we’ve seen it played out over and over, that what the world needs is a movement of people that’s greater than the sum of its parts. You -- we -- are that movement. Thank you for helping us grow.

In solidarity,
Indivisible Team
