Hi friend, it's Debbie. To tell you the truth, I couldn't be more excited to see Vice President Harris gaining momentum in the polls. And here's why:

Every time Vice President Harris has taken the stage, whether at one of her rallies or during the presidential debate, she's championed freedom.

The freedom to make decisions about our own bodies.

The freedom to protect and expand voting rights. 

The freedom to chase our American dream. 

Like Vice President Harris, I'm in the fight to build a better future for Floridians and move our country toward progress. And with Business Insider reporting that "Kamala Harris' economic agenda may now depend on beating Ted Cruz or Rick Scott," it's more critical than ever before that we build on the incredible grassroots momentum we've seen here in Florida so that VP Harris has a strong Democratic majority in the Senate. Friend, can I count on you to chip in $5 or more now to help me reach my last $6 million end-of-quarter goal and flip Florida blue?

As a Latina immigrant who came to the United States when I was 14 years old, the fight for freedom is deeply personal to me. And seeing Kamala Harris promise to protect our fundamental freedoms, strengthen our democracy, and expand opportunity for all Americans makes me proud to stand with her.

And right now, both Kamala and I have the potential to make history. She could be our first woman — and first Black and South Asian woman — president, and I could be the first Latina immigrant to ever serve in the Senate. 

Friend: When Kamala Harris wins (and she will win), she's going to need a strong Senate majority if we’re going to protect our rights. With the path to a blue Senate running through the Sunshine State, I'm in the fight of my life to flip Florida blue.

Right now, Trump-backed extremist Republican Rick Scott is running a dangerous campaign that includes rolling back reproductive rights, cutting Medicare and Social Security, and repealing the Affordable Care Act. And his unwavering loyalty to Trump proves that if given the opportunity, he'll put his rubber stamp on Trump's recent remarks about never having to vote again if he becomes president. Can you even imagine? 

Voting is always important, friend, but with the threat of this being our last time heading to the polls, voting is even more critical this November. With Floridians receiving their ballots today, I need to make sure we have the resources needed to continue our voter outreach and encourage Floridians to vote for unity and progress, not fear and hate. 

I know we can make history this November, but not if I miss my final end-of-quarter goal. So please: Can you chip in $5 to help me retire Rick Scott, flip Florida blue, and deliver Vice President Harris a strong Senate majority?
