It’s Rita Hart, chair of the IDP. News for the Iowa Democratic Party has been great these past couple of weeks. Kamala Harris narrowed Trump’s lead against her in the state, polled likely voters told Kim Reynolds they don’t like her policies, and Iowans have clearly told state legislators that they do not support the extreme abortion ban the Republicans passed. Day by day, Iowans are recognizing the damage Republican leaders have caused our state.

But to capitalize on these victories, the Iowa Democratic Party needs support. The Republicans are reeling, and will likely attempt to saturate the state in money and advertisements in order to keep their small lead from shrinking even further. With resources of our own we can combat this, and keep the tide turned against them. Will you donate just $25 dollars today to help free this state from the Republicans that control it?

Republicans want to be here for the long run so they can continue to push their extremist agenda on Iowa, whether Iowans agree with them or not. It’s time to show them we want to bring some common sense back to our state by electing our Democratic candidates.

The end of the quarter is coming up, and the election is closer than ever. Thank you for helping us get this far. The enthusiasm, the hope and the energy we’ve seen in Iowans this year has truly inspired us all. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store.
