With Election Day on the horizon and our democracy hanging in the balance, we urgently need more spaces to gather, strategize, and map our path forward. Join 4,000+ advocates at Facing Race, the nation's largest multiracial, intergenerational, racial justice conference from November 20-22 in St. Louis, Missouri.
This year, we are thrilled to invite you to Race Flicks, a micro-film festival track at Facing Race. Visual storytelling serves as a window into different lives, communities, and struggles, challenging our assumptions and broadening our understanding of the world around us.

Do you remember the last time a film transported you to another time and place, leaving you with memories that lingered long after viewing?
Perhaps it was a film that uncovered systemic inequities. Or maybe it was an intimate portrait of resilience that inspired you to get involved in your community. Or maybe it was a story that sparked your journey into advocacy and activism.
Through Race Flicks, you will be immersed into a memorable cinematic experience that will inform, inspire, and fuel your journey ahead.
Discover our film lineup – covering topics ranging from Indigenous sovereignty and rallying for press freedoms to the birth justice movement and Black women's mental health. The selections, curated in partnership with Working Films, also include works exploring the complex issue of reparations and student-led activism that shut down a public university in the 60s.
