2024 Ballot Measures - Yes on 3
The initiative would legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 years old and older. Individuals would be allowed to possess up to three ounces of marijuana (about 85 grams), with up to five grams in the form of concentrate. Existing Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers would be authorized under the initiative to sell marijuana to adults for personal use. The Florida State Legislature could provide by state law for the licensure of entities other than existing Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers to cultivate and sell marijuana products.
Trump's Project 2025 agenda includes banning abortion nationwide with or without the help of Congress, threatening doctors with jail time, threatening access to contraception and IVF, and monitoring women’s pregnancies in all 50 states. Trump knows he has a problem: He went on a late night all-caps rant on Truth Social this weekend, telling American women: “YOU WILL NO LONGER BE THINKING ABOUT ABORTION” if he wins.
It’s clear that Trump is scared because he knows the power of women in this election. American women aren’t stupid. They know that as devastating as Donald Trump’s anti-reproductive freedom legacy already is, a second Trump presidency would be worse.
On the debate stage, Trump once again bragged about overturning Roe and ripping away women’s reproductive freedom — and then he refused to say he’d veto a national abortion ban. He has promised to be “leading the charge” in banning abortion nationwide and said there should be “some form of punishment” for women who have an abortion.
The bottom line: The only way to defeat Donald Trump, Project 2025 and his attacks on reproductive health care is to vote this November and elect Vice President Harris and Governor Tim Walz. They trust women to make decisions about when to start and grow their families, and when Congress passes a bill to restore reproductive freedom nationwide, Vice President Harris will sign it.
The Harris-Walz campaign released a powerful new ad featuring a first-hand testimonial from an Arizona woman about Donald Trump’s threat to IVF treatments nationwide.
