* GRASSROOTS WIN AND RINOS ARE CRUSHED AND DAVE WILLIAMS IS CHAIR. In a tremendous victory, the Judge sides with the grassroots leadership and rules that Chairman Dave Williams, Vice Chair Hope Scheppelman, and Secretary Anna Ferguson are indeed the only legitimate officers of the CO GOP. Not Eli Bremer and the Bremeristas. Make no mistake, this is a crushing blow to the UniParty RINO establishment and their pathetic attempt to steal control of the party and our elections. Traitor Todd Watkins set up a fake meeting in August, where they made up their own rules, held a fake vote to oust Williams and elect Eli Bremer as Chair. But not so fast. El Paso County District Judge Eric Bentley ruled that the vote violated CO GOP Bylaws and therefore it is void and of no effect. * THE COUPSTERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. CO GOP Chair Dave Williams vows that he and the true State Party Officers will seek all accountability, in and out of court, against Traitor Todd Watkins, imposter Eli Bremer, and those who worked in the shadows to sow chaos and orchestrate an unlawful coup against the majority will. The real CO GOP says it’s time to unite to defeat the radical Democrats. But we’re not gonna hold our breath, history teaches us that unity goes one way only for the RINO establishment. * COUP LAWSUIT REVEALS ALLEGATIONS OF FINANCIAL, LEGAL AND ETHICAL MALFEASANCE BY UNIPARTY/ESTABLISHMENT ATTORNEY CHRIS MURRAY. The Judge’s ruling that Dave Williams is the Chair of the CO GOP settles that issue, but court filings in the case reveal shocking allegations of financial and ethical '“malfeasance” on the part of the traitors’ attorney Chris Murray. Murray was the CO GOP general counsel when RINO KBB was chair. Williams and the new leadership fired him in April of 2023 when they discovered what the court documents call “gross financial malfeasance” and “serious concerns as to Mr. Murray’s integrity…”. The court documents accuse Murray of intentionally undermining the CO GOP Central Committee’s support of the opt out lawsuit and misleading the Party about it. He’s accused of financial malfeasance regarding glaring and growing financial misrepresentations regarding campaign finance reports filed with the FEC. And the court filing accuses Murray of supporting the coup
