Hey John!
Remember December, 2019? Before there was a national pandemic, millions were unemployed, and essential workers were forced to put their lives on the line to do their jobs? Yeah, us too. ANYWAY, last December we ran a sticker campaign for Giving Tuesday and we have some fun news -- we’re doing that again! Today! For #GivingTuesdayNow! A global day of unity and an opportunity to help groups (like us!) raise some money from those who have enough to give so we can continue our work during this crisis.
I want this super cool free sticker! [[link removed]]

Despite setbacks this year, it’s more important than ever to keep our movement going. Most crimes are dropping at a steady rate during the pandemic -- except for gun violence [[link removed]] , which is up by almost 6%. Meaning, we can’t afford to slow down. We need to keep fighting for a peaceful future, now more than ever. We are moving all of our voter registration, lobbying, and advocacy campaigns online. That’s not easy or cheap. But we know we can continue fighting the NRA, advocating for gun violence prevention legislation, and turning out young people to vote with your help. If you can donate $5 (or more!) today on Giving Tuesday, we will send you this sticker as a thank you! [[link removed]]
If you can’t donate, no worries! There are so many other ways to show support today. You could start a fundraiser for us on Facebook [[link removed]] (totally free and super easy to do!), vote for us in this competition [[link removed]] to help us receive a large donation, or sign the Our Power pledge to get involved with our online activism hub [[link removed]] ! Today is about generosity and giving back to your community any way you can. Remember -- no act is too small.
Every one of you has inspired us over the past couple of months with all the good you’re doing during these hard times -- your commitment to ending gun violence, fighting corruption, and advocating for peace and justice for all is truly inspiring.
Again, thank you for everything, stay strong, and keep fighting.
In solidarity,
