I wanted to share an important update on a pivotal case that America First Legal is pursuing—a case that directly cuts to the core of what we are fighting against. 

As you know, we filed a lawsuit against Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), representing a brave young girl challenging the district's policies on pronouns, compelled speech, religious freedoms, and bathroom usage. 

We filed this case on behalf of a female student at Fairfax County Public Schools for allowing teenage boys to use the female restrooms and for forcing students to accept bizarre and radical critical gender theory, in violation of students’ free speech and free exercise rights under the Virginia Constitution. 

Fairfax County stands at the forefront of the debate, actively promoting Critical Race Theory (CRT), and woke Gender Theory. A successful outcome in this situation would not only influence the handling of these theories in Virginia but also inspire opposition to them in other states, potentially sparking broad national reforms in education policy.

Our legal team is gearing up for a rigorous discovery phase essential to challenging the imposition of woke trans ideology on students. This has already been a resource-intensive case, and as we move forward, the total legal expenses are expected to grow substantially.
