Hey John,
We want to thank you for your ongoing support and for deciding to be a part of the Black Lives Matter family, whether you just joined or have been rocking with us for a minute.
It means more to us than we can say.
Our journey is far from over, and our official evolution —focusing more on our joy, our culture, and most importantly our prosperity — is just the beginning. We’ve been working on some good stuff for the Fam, like showing up at events like Invest Fest and Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival to uplift Black arts, culture, and community.
Election season is in full swing, and with Election Day so close, it’s urgent we keep holding candidates accountable for what they promise to do for us. Black liberation must be and will be at the forefront of the election — until we see some real justice and well after that.
Earning our vote means standing on the promises they make and uplifting our community through real, radical change. Because of the reform we’re all fighting so hard to see, we have to ask you one question:
Can you help us keep fighting for our liberation and holding candidates accountable by donating whatever you can before September 30th?

Our grassroots movement is pushing for Black liberation every single day. We are striving to create a world where Black people do so much more than just survive. It’s time we thrive.
