As AG, I fight every day to protect Californians from powerful interests that put profits over people. From fighting those who have polluted our planet to pushing back against attacks on our reproductive rights, my job is to protect every Californian from these threats.
Just this week, I filed a major lawsuit against ExxonMobil for deceiving the public about plastic recycling, a fight that will have lasting impacts on our environment and our communities.
As much as I’m focused on defending our state, I can’t do it alone. Big corporations and far-right extremists are working overtime to block our progress.
