We have thrilling news to share that marks a pivotal moment for Fulfillment Fund! After a comprehensive and thoughtful search, we are excited to announce the appointment of Amy Grat as our new CEO.

Amy brings over 20 years of transformative leadership experience to this role. Previously, she served as CEO of EXP – The Opportunity Engine, where she expanded the organization’s reach to over 8,200 students annually and achieved an astounding 350% increase in revenue. Her dedication to empowering students has equipped countless individuals with the tools they need to prepare for and thrive in successful careers.

With a strong background in career education, youth development, and community impact, Amy is perfectly positioned to elevate Fulfillment Fund to new heights. As a connector and relentless advocate for youth empowerment, she will lead us in advancing our mission to help students access higher education and prepare for successful careers and fulfilling lives.

Amy’s vision includes fostering partnerships with businesses, universities, and community organizations to expand students’ networks and opportunities. By building essential soft skills and career readiness, she aims to empower our students to succeed in an ever-changing world.

Meet Amy Grat, our new CEO

Our Board Chair, Wendy Spinner, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “Amy Grat’s extensive experience and passion for career education make her the perfect leader to guide Fulfillment Fund into its next chapter. We are confident that her innovative approach will deepen our impact and expand opportunities for the students we serve.” 

Amy holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University. Her leadership and community engagement have garnered her recognition from the Los Angeles Business Journal, Women In International Trade, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
