Last week Israel launched an indiscriminate attack against anyone in Lebanon who had bought a pager in the last year.

While some of these pagers were used by Hezbollah operatives, many were also used by doctors, nurses, first responders, and people in other professions that still use pagers.  



The attacks were completely indiscriminate, killing and maiming women, children, and anyone nearby when the blast went off.

In the aftermath of these attacks, the once low intensity conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has escalated to a boiling point and is ready to blow.

The objective of the pager attack and Israel’s massive all out continuous air assault on Lebanon is to bait Hezbollah into starting an all out regional war. 

Why does Israel want massive cataclysmic total war? Because they are losing the propaganda war for their war in Gaza. 

Prior to October 7th, Israel was on the cusp of signing a normalization treaty with Saudi Arabia. If brought to fruition it would have been the final nail in the coffin for any hope of Palestine receiving its own state. 

Now, Saudi Arabia has backed out of these talks and the United Nations has voted 143-9 in favor of a resolution to recognize Palestinian statehood. A reality that would have never been imaginable a year ago. 

With the world having seen the images and stories of the Gaza genocide, Israel is now a pariah across world capitols and is losing strategically, militarily, and diplomatically. 

Their only hope to get out of the mess is by starting a massive cataclysmic war that draws in America and diverts attention away from the Gaza genocide narrative and instead towards the narrative of them being attacked by US arch enemy Iran.

The world is turning against Israel.

There are “progressive” Democrats in Congress who, despite everything Israel has done over the last year, are still carrying water for Israel. 

These so called progressives need to be pressured into dropping their support for Israel or face being primaried out of office. That’s where we come in, Defund Apartheid Action, takes aggressive action against House Progressive Caucus members who still support Israel.
