I know firsthand the importance of the office of the Attorney General.

As the People’s Attorney General, I repeatedly went to court to defend Pennsylvanians’ reproductive rights and a woman’s right to choose. And when Donald Trump tried to overturn Pennsylvania’s election results in 2020, I went to court to fight Trump’s election lies dozens of times — and won.

So I know the difference that a leader can make in this office. I know the power that this office has to make a real difference in the lives of Pennsylvanians all across our Commonwealth.

That’s why I know that we need to elect Eugene DePasquale as our next Attorney General.

Extreme, anti-choice politicians right here in Pennsylvania want to restrict abortion rights, undermine our democracy, and divide Americans up, instead of unite us. And they know that if they elect a far-right Attorney General, it gives them their best shot to push their agenda here in Pennsylvania.

That’s why PACs, wealthy billionaires, and national Republicans are spending $12 million to defeat Eugene in this race.

In the last election, we sent a clear message by standing together to resoundingly reject extremism.
