Friend, it’s Colin, and I wanted to personally share some wonderful news with you: After months of polls showing us neck and neck with Ted Cruz, a brand-new poll shows us with a 1 point lead!

This is a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and generosity of this grassroots team – thank you to everyone who has donated to help us reach millions of voters across Texas!

But here’s the bad news: Ted Cruz and his extremist far-right allies are outspending us 6.5-to-1 on TV ads to try and retake the lead. They’re trying to buy this race, and unfortunately, if I don’t hit my last quarterly FEC deadline goal of the race, their plan will likely work.

In a race as close and competitive as this one and in a state as big as Texas, resources really do matter, friend. That’s why I’m asking you to chip in to help reach my critical $3,000,000 goal:
