How are you feeling as the end of September looms? I hope stormy weather hasn’t dampened your spirits as we have six more weekends of work ahead of us (and we can phonebank indoors anyway!)
Our Canvas HQ section was just SO JAM PACKED WITH ACTIVITY that it was getting a bit long for my TikTok-addled attention span to scroll through in an inbox, so I’m happy to share our new Campaign HQ Document [[link removed]] containing all of our opportunities to help Dems win races all over the region. We're heading down to Woodbridge to help out Eugene Vindman for VA's 7th Congressional District. We’ll meet up at 11am to carpool out by 11:15am in order to arrive in Woodbridge for the 12pm canvass launch. We should arrive back in Arlington around 4-5pm. Meet-up location will be provided upon sign up via email, so please keep an eye on your inbox!

Training is provided!
Please be prepared to walk around for a while (think: athletic clothing, tennis shoes, sunglasses, baseball cap/visor), and keep an eye on the forecast. We recommend while canvassing that you wear sunscreen, bring water and snacks, and come with a fully charged phone as we will be using a mobile app to canvass.

Knocktoberfest: Karaoke Night ( Facebook [[link removed]] )
Join us for AYD Knocktoberfest: Karaoke Night on Sunday, October 13th from 6-8pm at Freddie’s Beach Bar!
This Gold Card event is always a crowd pleaser, and one of the four big JCC fall fundraisers. Come out for a night of karaoke and some light trivia while you hang out with fellow Dems, candidates, and community leaders.
