Join the movement! 9th Annual I Will Run For Them 5K Run/Walk Saturday, October 19th, 2024 7AM - 12PM Indian Pueblo Cultural Center - The Avanyu Plaza On 12th Street Just North Of I-40 Albuquerque, NM REGISTER October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) and our annual I Will Run for Them 5K awareness run & walk honors the resilience, strength and spirit of our Native relatives impacted by domestic violence. We create space to honor survivors, cycle-breakers and our relatives who we have lost to violence.  We invite you to dedicate your run, jog, or walk to your loved ones affected by the imbalance violence creates. Tabling Opportunity Need to Know: - No food vendors - Bring your own table & chairs - Bring a canopy and ensure it’s secure - If you are an artist and want to table, there will be a $20 fee. (payment will be collected on the day of the event). Register to Tabling Volunteer sign-Up Every year for our annual I Will Run for Them 5K run & walk we ask community members to volunteer with us to support with on-site registration, water stations, and set-up and take down. If you are interested in being a part of the organization of this event, use the volunteer sign up button to fill out our form! We will contact you and assign roles for the day of the event.
