I recently emailed you about a hardworking young man from Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, named Daniel. Like many other people around the world, Daniel didn't get the chance to complete school, and his opportunities for work were limited.
A gift today can help provide vital skills training for people like Daniel.
As Family Fast Day approaches, we are reminded of Daniel’s hard work, mastering his carpentry skills through the CAFOD-funded training programme.
He said, “My life is this carpentry. I am living well with people and able to earn honest money.”
With the help of your donation, we can ensure that more young people like Daniel have the opportunity to get the training they need to build a better future for themselves and their families. Your support is crucial in making this happen.
Your gift will have a lasting impact. You can make sure Daniel and people like him are able to pass on the valuable skills they’ve learnt to others.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity,
With warm wishes,
Katy Katonda
CAFOD’s DRC Deputy Country Representative
