Second, the State Legislature returned to work this morning even as millions of Californians are in lockdown by government order. 

As a result, we could see fresh attacks on the right to keep and bear arms, as well as votes on existing anti-gun legislation. 

Collectively, this means your fundamental are in a very precarious position right now. 

Even as SCOTUS is possibly poised to deliver an expansion of your rights, the State is taking steps against you.
