John,
Last week, Tamika wrote to you about Amber Thurman. Today, we’re following
up with a direct action you can take on Saturday.

Amber Nicole Thurman and Candi Miller lost their lives because of
Georgia’s deadly 6-week abortion ban. Their deaths were preventable, and
now it’s on us to demand justice.
This Saturday, September 28th, at 2 PM EST, our partners at SisterSong are
gathering at the Georgia State Capitol for a Vigil and Rally in Amber’s
and Candi’s memory and to demand a full repeal of Georgia’s abortion ban.
Will you join us? We need everyone on the ground to show that we will not
look away as Black women die.

If you can’t join in Georgia, help us amplify the call for justice. On
Saturday, use the hashtag #TrustBlackWomen and tag @sistersong_woc to
uplift the message.
Amber deserved better. Let’s come together and demand change.
In struggle,
Women's March
