** Is your bus stop the best?
------------------------------------------------------------
Hello Supporter
Do you have a favourite bus stop that makes your journey a breeze? Is the timetable easy to find, up to date and clear? Is there a live arrival board with real-time bus information?
Why are we asking? Your favourite local stop could become a shining example of what's possible when we put passengers first. Please tell us ([link removed]) what makes your bus stop the best!
Next month we will launch a campaign to improve bus stops nationwide by ensuring bus stops provide passengers with all the information they need to make catching the bus pleasant and easy.
** Can you get involved? If your best bus stop has clear information that makes catching the bus easy, we want to hear about it!
Please help champion best practice by telling us about it...

** Ever encountered a bus stop that made you do a double-take?
------------------------------------------------------------
It's not just good information that can improve a bus stop. Maybe your bus stop has a living roof, doubles as a mini-library, or has seats that look like they belong in an art gallery. Or perhaps it's exceptionally cosy – with comfortable seats, good lighting, and shelter that actually keeps the rain out. These comfort features and quirky designs aren't just fun – they make waiting for the bus a more pleasant experience. If you know of a stop that's a cut above the rest in comfort or character, we want to hear about it.
By sharing your best bus stop, you will help to showcase shining examples for others to follow and help to highlight where public transport is getting it right.

Thank you for your support and for helping to drive positive change in public transport.
Best wishes,
Jess
