Hi John,

NPH and our partners are ready to fight for Proposition 5, will you join us?

With Election Day less than two months away, it’s time to turn up the energy and show up for this historic campaign. A great way to engage and get caught up on where things stand with Prop 5 is to join us this Friday, September 27 at 9:30AM PT for our next coalition call via Zoom.

I’m so excited for what Prop 5 would mean for our collective work toward housing justice. This statewide measure brings a long overdue update to the rules, allowing bonds for affordable housing, critical public infrastructure, and emergency response to pass with a 55% vote. With Prop 5, local communities are empowered to decide what’s best for their affordable housing needs.

And what would the impact of Prop 5 look like in our communities throughout California? Prop 5 has the potential to usher in a period of incredible growth and expansion for our movement. It means more affordable housing in the neighborhoods that need it the most. It means healthy, connected, and vibrant communities that are thriving. It’s a chance to bring hope and love to all our neighbors.

Onward,
