*LCB Board Action: Cannabis Payment Flexibility Rules Finalized*

 

On Sept. 25, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related action:

 

*Final Rules Adopted – Effective Oct. 26, 2024*

 

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to amend WAC 314-55-115 [ [link removed] ] detailing how licensees can buy cannabis from other licensees and pay for it with a check.
