Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is bringing the Senate back in the middle of a pandemic to appoint Justin Walker, an unqualified judicial nominee described as a “McConnell protege.”
There are more important things for the Senate to be doing during this pandemic than appointing Leader McConnell’s family friend to the second highest court in America.
We can’t let this happen, John. Add your name to oppose Justin Walker.
Justin Walker has served on the Kentucky district court for a matter of months. The American Bar Association calls him “not qualified.” And now, to promote him to the second highest court in the land is shameful.
McConnell has said that his motto is “leave no vacancy behind.” He is hellbent on stacking the courts with far-right judges who will pledge loyalty to the Republican Party’s agenda.
