TDI adopts updates to its contested case process, including informal dispositions by default
TDI has adopted amendments that update and simplify its contested case process. The changes remove unnecessary references to outdated laws, revise the timing and process to respond to TDI's allegations, and clarify that a failure to respond to allegations may result in an informal disposition by default.
